Successful Submission Tips:
Odometer Statement
• You will need to provide the original odometer statement.
• The odometer statement must be signed by both the buyer and seller and
be notarized. Signed and with printed name is sometimes required dependent
on what state it is.
• All the information on the odometer statement must match the deal paperwork.
Be sure all the details are the same such as:
• Vehicle details
• VIN number
• Registrant address
• Registration state
